As a single mom and first time home buyer Julia went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND! I was purchasing from out of state and she did things to guide me to my forever home. She would go to homes and... take walk through videos or FaceTime with my son and I. She directed us to good parts of town that my young teenage son would enjoy as well as I would be able to enjoy myself. She held my hand through months and months of my tears, fears, questions, late night emails, frantic texts, frustration and finally through my joy when I received the keys to my dream home.
